Make seeks a Sales Enablement Associate to support the global sales organization. The candidate will develop and implement enablement programs to drive sales effectiveness and improve conversion rates. The position is a hybrid role based in the Raleigh office for 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and implementing sales enablement programs, training sessions, and workshops.
Create and maintain enablement content including presentations, playbooks, and training materials.
Coordinate with product marketing to ensure sales teams are equipped with the latest product messaging.
Support partner enablement initiatives to strengthen the partner ecosystem.
Track and analyze program effectiveness through key metrics and feedback collection.
Develop compelling enablement content aligned with sales methodology and best practices.
Research industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and document best practices.
Maintain and organize sales enablement resources in a central repository.
Work closely with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and training needs.
Partner with product marketing to translate product updates into actionable sales content.
Gather feedback from field teams to continuously improve enablement programs.
Support internal stakeholder communication and alignment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with presentation and content creation tools.
1+ Years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or similar experience in a B2B software company.
Experience with B2B software sales processes.
Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
Familiarity with learning management systems.
