Job Description

Make seeks a Sales Enablement Associate to support the global sales organization. The candidate will develop and implement enablement programs to drive sales effectiveness and improve conversion rates. The position is a hybrid role based in the Raleigh office for 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing sales enablement programs, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Create and maintain enablement content including presentations, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Coordinate with product marketing to ensure sales teams are equipped with the latest product messaging.
  • Support partner enablement initiatives to strengthen the partner ecosystem.
  • Track and analyze program effectiveness through key metrics and feedback collection.
  • Develop compelling enablement content aligned with sales methodology and best practices.
  • Research industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and document best practices.
  • Maintain and organize sales enablement resources in a central repository.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and training needs.
  • Partner with product marketing to translate product updates into actionable sales content.
  • Gather feedback from field teams to continuously improve enablement programs.
  • Support internal stakeholder communication and alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with presentation and content creation tools.
  • 1+ Years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or similar experience in a B2B software company.
  • Experience with B2B software sales processes.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems.
