The Sales Enablement Associate role at Make supports the global sales organization by developing and implementing enablement programs. This role aims to drive sales effectiveness and improve conversion rates. The position collaborates with the Director of Global Enablement to deliver training and resources for Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. The role is based in either the Make Madrid or Prague office.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting in designing and implementing sales enablement programs, training sessions, and workshops
Creating and maintaining enablement content including presentations, playbooks, and training materials
Coordinating with product marketing to ensure sales teams have the latest product messaging
Supporting partner enablement initiatives to strengthen Make's partner ecosystem
Tracking and analyzing program effectiveness through key metrics and feedback collection
Developing compelling enablement content aligned with sales methodology and best practices
Researching industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics
Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather and document best practices
Maintaining and organizing sales enablement resources in central repository
Working closely with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and training needs
Partnering with product marketing to translate product updates into actionable sales content
Gathering feedback from field teams to continuously improve enablement programs
Supporting internal stakeholder communication and alignment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Proficiency with presentation and content creation tools
1+ Years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or similar experience in a B2B software company
Experience with B2B software sales processes
Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
Familiarity with learning management systems
Knowledge of instruction design methodologies
Data analysis and reporting capabilities
