Make, a leading visual platform, is seeking a Sales Enablement Associate to support its global sales organization. The Sales Enablement Associate will collaborate with the Director of Global Enablement. This role is based in either Madrid or Prague.
- Assist in designing and implementing sales enablement programs, training sessions, and workshops.
- Create and maintain enablement content.
- Coordinate with product marketing.
- Support partner enablement initiatives.
- Track and analyze program effectiveness.
- Develop compelling enablement content.
- Research industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts.
- Maintain and organize sales enablement resources.
- Identify knowledge gaps and training needs.
- Translate product updates into actionable sales content.
- Gather feedback from field teams.
- Support internal stakeholder communication and alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with presentation and content creation tools.
- 1+ Years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or similar experience in a B2B software company.
- Experience with B2B software sales processes.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with learning management systems.
- Knowledge of instruction design methodologies.
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
