Qumulo is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to join their sales team in Turkey. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing customer needs and building strong business cases for Qumulo's data platform solutions. This individual will become a trusted advisor to both potential and current customers, championing their success by understanding their unique requirements and technical environments.
The Systems Engineer will collaborate with Qumulo and partner sales teams to develop tailored solutions, identify and qualify sales opportunities, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. With a focus on unstructured data, file, and object technologies, the role involves designing and delivering innovative storage solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with sales teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.
- Assisting in the preparation of technical proposals and responses to RFPs.
- Providing technical guidance and support to customers.
- Staying current on technology trends.
- Building long-term partnerships with customers.
- Contributing to the creation of case studies and white papers.
- Designing and delivering creative storage solutions.
- Participating in discussions and articulating value propositions.
- Demonstrating the value of Qumulo’s products and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience.
- Specialization in unstructured data technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing customer relationships.
- Strong technical background in end-user compute, cloud technologies, and operating systems.
- Expertise in Edge, Datacenter, and Cloud architectural use cases.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
