Sotheby's is seeking a Client Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Hong Kong. This role involves providing client service for a portfolio of sales, overseeing client accounts activities from auction through payment, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

The Client Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Sotheby's will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing pre-sale bid registrations and ensuring KYC compliance.
  • Managing client accounts, including billing and debt collection.
  • Reconciling payment activity and supporting compliance activities.
  • Maintaining SLAs for client communication and acting as a point of escalation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure high standards of service delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of related experience in finance or debt collection, preferably in a luxury business.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with SAP (advantageous).
  • Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
