Sotheby's is seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to support the VP, Global HR Business Partner on various HR matters. Partnering with VP, HRBP to assist with the Annual Performance Review Process.
Handling Employee Relations cases by conducting investigations and offering solutions.
Assisting with org design strategy and implementation.
Running reports and providing insights on key metrics.
Serving as the first point of contact for employees within key client groups.
Collaborating on HR Department projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant HR experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Highly organized and motivated.
Discreet, dependable, and mature, maintaining confidentiality.
Positive interpersonal manner and strong team player.
Strong professional communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to provide high quality employee experience.
The role offers:
A proposed base salary for this position ranges from $100-$125,000.
