Sotheby's is seeking a Client (Sales) Advisor for luxury handbags and accessories in Hong Kong. The Client Advisor will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building a client portfolio, and ensuring a luxurious client experience. The role involves providing customized advisory services, cultivating client relationships, and assisting in daily store operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure excellent client experience.
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships.
  • Capture client data.
  • Support events with the marketing team.
  • Assist in daily retail operations.
  • Understand security and compliance policies.
  • Stay aware of the luxury competitive environment.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of luxury retail or hospitality sales experience.
  • Experience in new store opening .
  • High standards of client services and luxury hospitality.
  • Comfortable engaging with HNWI and UHNWI.
  • General knowledge of luxury products.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer oriented with strong collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • MS Office and computer literacy.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, proficient in English.
