Sotheby's is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage wine sales administration in Paris. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policy and delivering excellent client service.

• Administering wine sales.
• Providing client support to buyers and sellers.
• Coordinating property collections and deliveries.
• Managing warehouse stock and SAP records.
• Assisting with market reviews and press releases.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Previous administrative or wine industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge and interest in wine preferred.
• Good communication and client service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
