Affirm is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) to join their team. This role focuses on enhancing developer productivity with a specialization in Test Platform Engineering. As a Mobile SDET, the candidate will contribute to the evolution of mobile test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Own and improve integration and E2E mobile test automation frameworks.
- Design and implement solutions to optimize test execution runtime.
- Share best practices for quality assurance and test automation.
- Contribute to the evolution of the quality strategy.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- 4+ years of experience as a Mobile SDET.
- Proficient in TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with the react native test automation framework: Detox.
- Experience in building and optimizing CI/CD systems.
- Experience managing physical and virtual devices for testing.
- Strong background in quality assurance and test design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
