PitchBook is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their Account Management & Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring customer success and driving continuous improvement. This role involves providing direct customer support via phone, email, and chat to existing PitchBook clients.

The Customer Support Specialist will troubleshoot customer issues, document interactions in Salesforce, and partner with global teams to ensure continuous support availability. They will also contribute to product improvements by identifying customer experience pain points.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email.
  • Achieving contact volume and quality goals.
  • Communicating effectively to resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborating with support specialists to address customer questions.
  • Documenting interactions in Salesforce.
  • Partnering with global teams for continuous support.
  • Supporting company values and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Client-first attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to industry and organizational changes.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interest in financial markets.
  • Strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a corporate culture.
  • Comfort engaging with diverse customers.
  • Team player with a desire to try new ideas.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
