Job Description
Northeast Dermatology Associates is seeking a Medical Assistant - Scribe to support dermatology physicians in delivering high-quality patient care. This role is based in Concord, NH, but requires the flexibility to float to other locations as needed. The Medical Assistant will collaborate with a team to manage patient volume, document patient histories, and assist with dermatological procedures.

Role involves:
  • Patient rooming and updating medical histories
  • Documenting visit details and assisting with procedures
  • Scribing responsibilities, including inputting templates and chart notes
  • Processing prescription refills and managing prior authorizations

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0–3 years of medical assistant experience, preferably in dermatology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
