This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth within the Australian market. The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in identifying potential new accounts and engaging with qualified leads to schedule meetings for the Account Executive team. This involves both outbound cold calling and managing inbound opportunities.Role involves:
- Creating new business opportunities through outbound and inbound leads.
- Engaging with MSPs to understand their challenges and identify solutions.
- Improving team processes and training.
- Developing targeted lists and call strategies.
- Conducting a high volume of calls to book qualified meetings.
- Maintaining CRM hygiene.
Requirements:

- Comfortable with making a high volume of calls (50+ calls/day).
