Job Description

Digibee is seeking a Senior Demand Generation specialist to enhance its marketing strategies. The role involves managing outbound and inbound marketing efforts, alongside mentoring Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This position focuses on optimizing LinkedIn prospecting, email automation, and multi-channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and scaling a BDR team
  • Strong background in Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo
  • Deep understanding of pipeline metrics, MQL-to-SQL conversion, CAC, LTV, and attribution modeling
  • Experience collaborating with U.S. sales teams
