Physical Therapist - Outpatient at Home (Brooklyn, NY)

Kins is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for an outpatient at-home role in Brooklyn, NY. Kins has reimagined physical therapy, prioritizing quality care and therapist well-being. The Physical Therapist will deliver high-value care through a hybrid blend of in-home and virtual treatment sessions. They will have the autonomy to manage their schedule and caseload, focusing on delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient condition and develop a plan of care.
• Provide exercise prescriptions and monitor patient progress.
• Ensure a high level of clinical care and patient experience.
• Document treatments in the EMR system.
• Communicate with patients and providers as needed.

Requirements:
• Current Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State.
• Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in NYS.
• BLS certification.
• Commit to a minimum of 4 visits/week.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
