Job Description
Bellroy, a company that ships carry goods to numerous countries, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support their wholesale channel. The role involves working with sales coordinators, demand planners, and third-party logistics providers to manage stock levels, prepare order instructions, and ensure transaction accuracy. The coordinator will also support onboarding for new wholesale partners, coordinate complex orders, and maintain data across systems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales coordinators to develop onboarding documentation and routing guides.
- Track inventory and ensure stock availability.
- Help create a shipping calculator tool.
- Coordinate the shipment of samples from global warehouses.
- Monitor email communications for orders with special handling requirements.
- Explore process improvements for fulfillment tracking.
- Align with sales coordinators on new clients and requirements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or sales operations.
- Organized and reliable with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Logical and methodical problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication and teamwork abilities.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, etc.).
