Vonage is seeking a Developer Productivity Analyst to join the Engineering Productivity Team (EPT) in Wroclaw, Poland. This role focuses on gathering requirements to build an intuitive, reliable, and automated internal developer platform to boost development teams' efficiency. The ideal candidate will deeply empathize with development teams' needs and optimize engineering organizations' workflows.
Role involves:
- Understanding challenges of development teams and translating them into requirements.
- Engaging with engineers, SDLC, architecture, compliance, and security teams.
- Defining product features and collaborating with platform engineering and development teams.
- Prioritizing the product roadmap for the Vonage Internal Developer Platform.
- Working with tech leadership to understand technical decisions' impact.
- Defining and tracking critical product metrics.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management, design, or software engineering.
- 5+ years of Cloud technology experience.
- Experience with public cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Experience writing technical product requirements and documentation.
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically.
- Analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
