Job Description
PitchBook is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales & CS Platform & Systems to lead a cross-functional team in shaping the vision, strategy, and continuous optimization of tools and systems that support Sales and Customer Success operations. This role involves overseeing a product manager, product owner, and system administrators to drive the development of a scalable, best-in-class platform that enables efficient operations.PitchBook is looking for someone to collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure strategic alignment. The Sr. Manager will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration while advancing the goals of Revenue Operations and establishing the Sales Platform as a critical enabler of business success.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for the Sales & CS Platform team.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product manager, product owner, and administrators.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enterprise Technology teams.
  • Define success metrics for the team and monitor progress.
  • Represent the team in broader company initiatives and projects.
  • Act as a thought leader in finance technology and operational strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales operations, business process improvement, or related roles.
  • 5+ years with Salesforce and other Sales automation platforms.
  • 5+ years experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in finance operations and business process optimization.
  • Certification in CRM platforms and familiarity with compliance requirements like SOX and ITGC.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
