Job Description
Paradigm is seeking a Business Development Associate to expand its DeFi services across Asia. This role is based in Singapore and requires someone familiar with the derivatives space and crypto ecosystem. The Business Development Associate will enhance client relations and market presence.
The company is building distributed financial service infrastructure that will reshape financial services across CeFi and DeFi markets.
What this role involves:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for new and existing institutional clients.
- Driving new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships across Asia.
- Conducting onboarding sessions to educate clients on product features and workflows.
- Preparing and presenting detailed reports on client activity to management.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, derivatives, and sales & trading workflows.
- 2+ years on an institutional sales desk with derivatives experience, and at least 1 year within crypto institutional sales.
- Must have experience working with Options & RFQs.
- Strong connections within the crypto community.
- Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.
- A track record of exceeding revenue goals and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong time management skills.
- Capability to work seamlessly with a globally distributed team.
