PagerDuty is seeking a Solutions Consultant I - Sales Engineer to demonstrate the value of the PagerDuty Digital Operations Platform to commercial and major sales customers. The Sales Engineer will blend technical expertise, consultative selling skills, and strong communication.

Role involves:

  • Conducting technical sales discovery
  • Delivering custom demos
  • Running Proof-of-Value (PoV) sessions
  • Creating current state architectures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or solutions engineering role.
  • Experience with IT operations, incident management, monitoring, or DevOps tooling
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Fluency in English (with Business Acumen)
