PitchBook is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to join its Revenue Operations department. This role is responsible for managing a sustainable martech architecture that supports the company's overall marketing goals.

The Marketing Automation Specialist will work closely with various teams across PitchBook to ensure the successful creation and execution of marketing campaigns. He/She will also support internal tools and products that are responsible for prospect movement through the Sales and Marketing funnel, focusing on lead routing, field mapping, pipeline health, and system integrations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities and implementing projects to improve campaign performance and scale the department efficiently.
  • Partnering with other marketing teams to provide operational support.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate processes and improve data and system integrations.
  • Supporting the evaluation and implementation of new marketing technology.
  • Supporting account-based marketing efforts.
  • Fielding custom requests and capabilities questions.
  • Investigating issues and technical problems with Marketo or other internal tools.
  • Proactively monitoring marketing funnel and campaign metrics.
  • Creating documentation and training for marketing operations processes and systems.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with Marketo.
  • 2+ years of experience with a CRM (preferably Salesforce.com).
  • Experience with troubleshooting system, process, and data issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent project management, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of B2B funnels and sales pipelines.
