Director of Product - AI

Job Description

Karbon is seeking a Director of Product - AI to lead the product vision and strategy for Karbon AI's suite of products. This role involves driving product innovation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers. The Director of Product will work closely with the CPO on core strategy and vision. Karbon is the global leader in practice management software.

• Leading product strategy and roadmap development for Karbon’s AI suite of products.
• Conducting customer research and market analysis to identify opportunities.
• Translating customer insights into detailed product specifications.
• Collaborating with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Defining and monitoring key product metrics.
• Partnering with sales and customer success teams.
• Communicating Karbon AI’s product vision to customers and analysts.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management in SaaS.
• Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies.
• Understanding of data privacy, data security, and/or AI governance.
• Strong technical acumen and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
