Director of Product - AI

Job Description

Karbon is seeking a Director of Product - AI to drive the product vision and strategy for Karbon AI's suite of products. The Director will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver value to customers. The role involves shaping product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market motion.Karbon is the global leader in practice management software for accounting firms. It provides a cloud platform that streamlines work and communication. The company has customers in 34 countries and a distributed team in the US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines.What this role involves:

• Leading product strategy and roadmap development.
• Conducting customer research and market analysis.
• Translating customer insights into product specifications.
• Collaborating with R&D.
• Defining and monitoring product metrics.
• Partnering with sales and customer success.
• Communicating Karbon AI’s product vision.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management in the SaaS space.
• Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies.
• Understanding of data privacy, data security, and/or AI governance.
• Strong technical acumen.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Passion for building innovative products.
• Understanding of agentic workflows and/or have done something similar in the past.
