Director of Product - AI

Job Description

Karbon is seeking a Director of Product - AI to drive the product vision and strategy for its AI suite. This role involves collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value to customers. The Director will be responsible for shaping product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market motions.

The position is located in San Diego, CA.

What the role involves:

• Leading product strategy and roadmap development for Karbon AI's products.
• Conducting customer research and market analysis.
• Translating customer insights into product specifications.
• Collaborating with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Defining and monitoring key product metrics.
• Partnering with sales and customer success teams.
• Communicating Karbon AI’s product vision to customers and analysts.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management in the SaaS space.
• Experience building products using LLM/AI.
• Understanding of data privacy, data security, and/or AI governance.
• Strong technical acumen and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Passion for building innovative products.
• Understanding of agentic workflows.
