Job Description

Karbon, the global leader in practice management software, is seeking a Director of Product - AI. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Karbon AI's product vision and strategy. The Director will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value to customers.

The Director of Product - AI will drive product innovation and influence product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market motion.

What this role involves:

• Leading product strategy and roadmap development for Karbon’s AI suite of products.
• Working directly with the CPO on core strategy and vision.
• Conducting customer research and market analysis.
• Translating customer insights into detailed product specifications and use cases.
• Collaborating with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Defining and monitoring key product metrics.
• Partnering with sales and customer success.
• Evangelizing Karbon AI’s product vision.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management in SaaS.
• Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies.
• Understanding of data privacy, data security, and/or AI governance.
• Strong technical acumen.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Experience with accounting or professional services industry (Bonus).
