Director of Product - AI

Job Description

Karbon is seeking a Director of Product - AI to shape the future of Karbon AI's product vision and strategy. As a key member of their team, the Director will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation, collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver exceptional value to customers. The role involves directly informing product strategy, pricing, and GTM motion.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading product strategy and roadmap development for Karbon’s AI suite of products.
• Conducting deep customer research and market analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• Translating customer insights into detailed product specifications and use cases.
• Collaborating closely with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Defining and monitoring key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Partnering with sales and customer success to enable successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Communicating Karbon AI’s product and vision to customers, analysts, and the global community.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience in product management in the SaaS space.
• Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies from concept to go to market.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, data security, and/or AI governance.
• Strong technical acumen.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Passion for building innovative products
• Understanding of agentic workflows.
