Job Description

Karbon is seeking a VP of Product - AI to lead the product vision and strategy for its AI products. The VP of product will Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver value to customers. The role involves shaping product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market motion.Karbon is a global leader in practice management software for accounting firms, providing a collaborative cloud platform that streamlines work and communication. Karbon has customers in 34 countries and a globally distributed team.What will this role involve:

• Leading product strategy and roadmap development.
• Conducting customer research and market analysis.
• Translating customer insights into product specifications.
• Collaborating with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Defining and monitoring key product metrics.
• Partnering with sales and customer success.
• Communicating Karbon AI’s product vision.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management in SaaS.
• Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies.
• Understanding of data privacy, data security, and AI governance.
• Strong technical acumen.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
