VP of Product - AI

Job Description

Karbon, a global leader in practice management software for accounting firms, is seeking a VP of Product - AI to shape the future of its AI product vision and strategy. The VP will drive product innovation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.

The role involves:

• Leading product strategy and roadmap development for Karbon’s AI suite of products.
• Conducting customer research and market analysis.
• Translating customer insights into detailed product specifications.
• Collaborating with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Defining and monitoring key product metrics.
• Partnering with sales and customer success teams.
• Communicating Karbon AI’s product vision to customers and analysts.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management in the SaaS space.
• Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies.
• Deep understanding of data privacy, data security, and/or AI governance.
• Strong technical acumen and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Experience with accounting or professional services industry (Bonus).
