VP of Product - AI

Job Description

Karbon, the global leader in practice management software, is seeking a VP of Product - AI to shape the future of its AI product vision and strategy. The VP of Product will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation, collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver exceptional value to customers. This role involves informing product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market motion.What This Role Involves:

• Leading product strategy and roadmap development for Karbon AI’s suite of products.
• Working directly with the CPO on the core strategy and vision.
• Conducting customer research and market analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• Translating customer insights into detailed product specifications and use cases.
• Collaborating closely with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Defining and monitoring key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Partnering with sales and customer success to enable successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Evangelizing and communicating Karbon AI’s product and vision directly with customers, analysts, and the global community of practitioners.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management in the SaaS space.
• Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies from concept to go to market.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and/or AI governance.
• Strong technical acumen.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Passion for building innovative products.
• Understanding of agentic workflows.
