VP of Product - AI

Job Description

Karbon is seeking a VP of Product - AI to lead product strategy and roadmap development for Karbon AI's product suite. The VP of Product will work directly with the CPO, conduct customer research, translate insights into product specifications, and collaborate with R&D, sales, and customer success. They will also define and monitor key product metrics. What this role involves:

• Leading product strategy and roadmap development.
• Conducting customer research and market analysis.
• Translating customer insights into product specifications.
• Collaborating with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Defining and monitoring key product metrics.
• Partnering with sales and customer success.
• Evangelizing and communicating product vision.

Who are we looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in product management in SaaS.
• Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and/or AI governance.
• Strong technical acumen.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Passion for building innovative products.
• Understanding of agentic workflows.
