VP of Product - AI

Job Description

Karbon is seeking a VP of Product - AI to lead the product vision and strategy. The VP will drive product innovation within Karbon AI, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver value to customers. This role involves shaping product strategy, influencing pricing, and guiding the go-to-market approach.Responsibilities include:

• Leading product strategy and roadmap development for Karbon’s AI suite.
• Conducting customer research and market analysis to identify opportunities.
• Translating customer insights into detailed product specifications.
• Collaborating with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Defining and monitoring key product metrics for continuous improvement.
• Partnering with sales and customer success for product adoption and satisfaction.
• Evangelizing Karbon AI’s product vision to customers, analysts, and the community.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience in the SaaS space.
• Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies from concept to go-to-market.
• Deep understanding of data privacy, data security, and/or AI governance.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex concepts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics.
• Passion for building innovative products.
• Understanding of agentic workflows.
