Armis, a cyber exposure management and security company, is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Coordinator to support their global Partner Marketing organization. This role is based in their Bucharest office and requires strong organizational skills and hands-on experience in administration and project management.Armis requires someone to:
  • Ensure the Senior Director, Partner Marketing is on top of key projects and activities.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage invoices, contracts, and budget tracking.
  • Ensure timely delivery of graphics, event materials, equipment, and SWAG.
  • Track Return on Investment (ROI) from departmental activities.
  • Manage the Market Development Fund (MDF) spend process.
Armis expects candidate to have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in an administration / project management role.
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, SOWs, and RFPs.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and file management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
