SpotOn is seeking a Customer Service Agent for their Krakow, Poland location. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for responding to client inquiries through various channels, providing solutions, and maintaining accurate records in the database system. This role involves working from 14:00 to 22:00 Polish time, including weekends and bank holidays. The candidate will work in hybrid mode: 3 days per week from the office in Kraków and 2 days per week remote work (after the probation period).
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide solutions to client issues
  • Document client interactions and transactions
  • Meet performance goals for customer satisfaction and call resolution
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work in hybrid mode
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with conflict resolution
