Supervisor - MDM

Job Description

WPP is seeking a Supervisor to manage the data governance process within Maconomy business systems and related platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy and compliance with defined SLAs. This role involves identifying and resolving master data issues, maintaining system information, and participating in data-related projects. The Supervisor will also build strong relationships with stakeholders and support peak business periods.

Role involves:
• Managing data governance processes.
• Reviewing Master Data creation and modification.
• Identifying and resolving system master data issues.
• Ensuring compliance with SOX Controls and ICFR controls.
• Leading process improvement initiatives.
• Team Management.

Requirements:
• Minimum 10-13 years of experience in Master Data Management.
• Strong knowledge of computer operating systems & database technology, especially Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel etc).
• Process-driven and methodical with strong attention to detail.
• Good administrative, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and flexible approach to work.
• Excellent customer service skills.
