Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) is seeking a General IT Manager to oversee IT operations, ensuring the alignment of IT strategies with business goals. This role demands a mix of technical skills, leadership, and strategic thinking to manage and optimize the company's IT infrastructure and services.

Role Involves:

• Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Leading and mentoring a 3-person end-user IT team.
• Overseeing IT projects from inception to completion.
• Managing contracts with IT vendors and service providers.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT management and leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology.
• 3-5 years of experience in a management role.
