Shakepay is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their team and help reimagine how Canadians build wealth. Shakepay is a Canadian company on a mission to usher in the Bitcoin golden age. This role involves building the financial products of the future, fostering innovation by architecting products and features that meet high standards for quality, scale, and performance.

The Staff Software Engineer will mentor engineers via collaboration, code reviews, and team discussions. Also, should be able to collaborate on setting a clear tech vision for the company.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a software developer
• Be comfortable working across the tech stack
• Extensive knowledge of engineering processes, structural design, and system optimization
