ClickUp is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join their team in Bulgaria. ClickUp is a fast-growing SaaS company. The Frontend Engineer will collaborate with backend and integrations teams to develop features, ensuring code quality. They will work with a QA counterpart to ensure all edge cases are tested. Engineers are responsible for the quality of their own code.
The Role Involves:
- Building features in Angular 2+ in collaboration with designers, engineers, and product architects
- Writing efficient and reusable front-end code that drives the ClickUp user experience
- Managing individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues
- Building and maintaining unit and integration tests
- Fixing bugs quickly and finding robust solutions to tackle hard problems
- Following established practices for maintaining state inside ClickUp
Requirements:
- 5+ years working with JavaScript and one or more modern frameworks (Angular 2+ required)
- Experience with Redux style state management Ngrx, Typescript, and RxJs
- HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility
- A strong self-starter, operationally-focused; a problem-solver
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience in mentoring teammates on new ways to deepen their technical craft
