Account Executive (MOD) at Referral Board

Elastic is seeking an Account Executive to expand its presence within Enterprise customer accounts in defence industries in Israel. The Account Executive will drive the adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions within new and existing customers in IL MOD's accounts. This individual will position themselves as a trusted advisor, assisting users and customers in harnessing the full power of Elastic's search analytics to transform their data into actionable insights.

Role involves:

• Driving adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions.
• Positioning as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Championing open source offerings and advanced commercial features.
• Identifying and developing new use cases for Elastic's solutions.
• Collaborating with various Elastic business functions.
• Identifying new business opportunities and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Developing a business plan leveraging community, customer, and partner ecosystems.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience with ON Prem/ SaaS subscription sales.
• Experience selling solutions related to Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud.
• Ability to build relationships with developers and executives.
• Sales forecasting skills using SFDC.
• Enthusiasm for the Open Source model.
• Prior experience selling into the Enterprise accounts in the IL MOD's accounts.
• A valid Security clearance is mandatory
