Country Lead Marketing, UK & Ireland

Job Description

FREENOW is seeking a Country Lead Marketing for the UK & Ireland, based in London. This role requires an ambitious and talented individual with strong leadership and communication skills. The Country Lead Marketing will report to the Regional Head of Marketing and will be responsible for the marketing strategy and campaigns for both drivers and passengers, with the goal of driving ambitious growth plans.

The role involves working in cross-functional teams to build brand awareness and grow market share, while identifying opportunities to enhance business performance. The ideal candidate should be a creative and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Role Involves:

• Developing a deep understanding of local business priorities.
• Organising local marketing activities for both passengers and drivers.
• Developing a content strategy to drive continuous engagement.
• Managing external agencies.
• Identifying uniquely local marketing opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring well-integrated plans, budgeting, KPI measurement, and reporting.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in generalist marketing and communications.
• Good relationship management skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• A strong customer-centric approach.
• Experience in content strategy, content creation, social media, and PR.
• Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Media agencies.
