Huspy, a leading PropTech company in the EMEA region, is seeking a Junior Operations Intern to join their team in Madrid. This role is pivotal in shaping the customer journey and ensuring service excellence. The intern will collaborate with various teams to optimize processes and drive business growth.
Role involves:
- Supporting operational projects and monitoring property portfolio.
- Handling daily interactions with customers and real estate advisors.
- Improving customer experience by understanding their needs.
- Analyzing customer behavior and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Supporting initiatives to encourage the adoption of Huspy’s technology.
Requirements:
- University internship agreement (mandatory).
- Passion for problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Zapier, or willingness to learn.
- Analytical mindset and adaptability.
- Proactive attitude and motivation.
