Xometry is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their People Operations team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role primarily focuses on compensation strategy, analysis, and administration, while also providing support in broader Talent Operations functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluations, and HR systems, ensuring the pay practices align with business goals and market competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compensation structures, including salary bands and incentive plans.
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking.
- Assist in annual compensation planning.
- Analyze compensation trends and provide insights to leadership.
- Evaluate job descriptions to determine appropriate salary levels and FLSA classification.
- Support pay equity analysis and compliance.
- Partner with Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Assist with ongoing maintenance of the stock administration program.
- Support the HR Help Desk by addressing compensation-related inquiries and other HR-related questions.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HRIS records related to compensation, benefits, and employee job data.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts within HR operations.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance filings.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation planning.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; ADP Workforce Now highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Familiarity with compensation survey tools such as Radford, Comp Analyst, Comptryx.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in high-growth, dynamic environments.
- BS degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
