Xometry, a company connecting people with manufacturers, is looking for a Sales Operations Data Analyst. This role is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The analyst will shape sales strategy by providing insights on sales data.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, analyze, and distribute reports and dashboards for Sales
  • Create ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed
  • Problem-solve and troubleshoot data reporting inaccuracies
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and optimizing analytic models
  • Follow and develop reporting best practices
  • Transform data into actionable insights and visualize it effectively using tools like Looker
  • Serve as a liaison between data needs and what is currently available
  • Influence stakeholders with data-driven insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
  • Advanced in SQL and Looker (not Looker Studio), and preferably LookML
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with data cleansing processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
