Incode, a leading provider of identity solutions, is seeking a UX Researcher Sr to join their Design team. This role is based in LATAM/Europe, focusing on supporting the development of Incode's products by analyzing customer feedback, identifying needs, and proposing improvements.

The UX Researcher will collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs and create user-centric experiences. They will engage with stakeholders at all levels to influence product development, ensuring products are intuitive and effective.

Role Involves:

  • Exploring user behaviors and motivations through interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, and field observations.
  • Conducting independent research on products and services to ensure usability and performance standards.
  • Gathering and analyzing user feedback via usability testing, field research, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Collaborating with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align research efforts with business goals.
  • Communicating research findings through written reports, visualizations, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in UX research
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and present data
  • Experience with user testing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research
  • Experience with user research tools such as UserTesting, or others alike
  • Experience communicating research to executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience to learn quickly and translate ambiguous requirements into tangible outputs
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Self-starter/proactive mindset
  • Proven track record of presenting actionable research insights that have influenced key business decisions.
  • A portfolio showcasing studies that align with company goals.
