Wrike is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their Creative Team in Prague. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for bringing Wrike’s brand to life across various mediums, collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to shape digital campaigns, print materials, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for turning concepts into compelling visuals and a track record of impactful design.

The Senior Graphic Designer at Wrike will work in a hybrid work mode, attending the office 2-3 times a week to support the company's culture of collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous brand evolution and advocate for brand consistency.
• Apply expertise in typography, color, and layout to create high-impact designs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative design techniques.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and align designs with business needs.
• Execute complex, multi-channel projects and support design systems and templates.
• Contribute to strategic planning and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Produce compelling visuals such as infographics, e-books, presentations, and social media assets.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating diverse design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma.
• Strong visual design skills and understanding of design systems.
• Effective presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of business processes and marketing.
