Job Description
Wrike is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join their Machine Learning Team. This role is crucial for building a general AI platform that will enable the development of AI features across all company teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about AI and possess strong technical expertise to drive innovation in intelligent work management.

The role involves:
  • Leading the discovery, validation, and implementation of AI features, especially in Generative AI.
  • Developing and refining a robust AI platform to support AI initiatives across the organization.
  • Fostering a culture of experimentation, rapidly prototyping, and iterating based on user feedback.
  • Collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate technical capabilities into user-friendly features.
  • Engaging with internal teams to explain complex AI concepts and ensure buy-in for new initiatives.
  • Conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies.

The ideal candidate should have:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of Product Management experience in a commercial software environment.
  • Proven track record in developing AI-driven products or features, particularly leveraging ML and Generative AI.
  • Experience in conducting market research and user interviews to identify customer needs and pain points.
  • Strong technical skills, ideally with experience in RAG, vector databases, and embeddings.
  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies, involved in the full lifecycle from ideation through launch, or optimization of existing AI products/platforms.
  • Technical education or significant recent studies relating to AI or complex platform development.
  • Excellent English language skills.
