Pure Storage is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the FlashArray Secrets Management Team in Prague. This role involves developing security-focused product capabilities and championing security standards across engineering. The Engineering Manager will lead a team of talented software developers, collaborate with various departments, and have exposure to both internal and external customers.
Role involves:
- Leading a team of software developers.
- Collaborating with Product Management, QA, and other engineering teams.
- Developing security-focused product capabilities.
- Championing security standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Over 4 years of technical management experience.
- More than 5 years of experience in software development.
- Proven track record of managing projects through the entire SDLC.
- Dedicated focus on customer needs and feedback.
- Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in Software Security concepts.
