Pure Storage is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join its FlashBlade team in Prague. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building visually appealing and intuitive GUIs based on functional specifications. They will collaborate with product managers, designers, and feature teams to iterate on requirements, designs, and solutions, with a passion for improving user experience and usability.

This role involves:

  • Designing and building visually appealing and intuitive GUI based on functional specifications.
  • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and feature teams.
  • Improving user experience and usability.
  • Participating in defining the UI / UX strategy.
  • Creating comprehensive and efficient automated tests.

Requirements include:

  • Full lifecycle web application development experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience building large-scale, enterprise GUI applications.
  • Experience with JavaScript package management tools (NodeJs, NPM, yarn).
  • Experience with Frontend web frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, etc.).
  • Experience with Frontend testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, StoryBook).
  • HTML/CSS/LESS/SAAS experience.
  • Comfort with modernizing Angular framework.
  • Software analysis skills.
  • Experience developing web applications across multiple browsers and screen sizes.
