Senior Business Systems Analyst

Pure Storage is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their Sales Operations team. This role will be the primary business owner for the company's Salesforce-centric revenue-tech stack. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will translate commercial objectives into streamlined processes, actionable insights, and scalable system enhancements. This role involves partnering closely with Finance, Renewals, Legal, IT, and Sales leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Partner with Sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to map business goals to system capabilities.
• Analyze complex commercial problems across Salesforce, Clari, and integrated applications.
• Translate high-level requirements into user stories, business process flows, and test plans.
• Own and prioritize the run-the-business enhancement backlog for Salesforce.
• Champion the interests of business partners to ensure system design, data governance, and reporting align with revenue strategy and compliance needs.
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors to confirm design, build, and testing meet business expectations.

Requirements include:

• 8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar business-focused systems role.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects from discovery through adoption.
• Experience with Enterprise Territory Management, Clari, or comparable forecasting/analytics tools strongly preferred.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (or similar process-excellence methodology) a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
