Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a Principal Product Manager for FlashBlade, File, to be based in their Prague office. This role involves guiding the roadmap for the Unified Fast File and Object product, FlashBlade, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Role Involves:

• Developing and executing product strategy.
• Conducting market and competitive analysis.
• Collaborating on go-to-market strategy.
• Driving product roadmap and development.
• Monitoring performance and customer success.
• Providing strategic advisory and thought leadership.
• Communicating and advocating for the product.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Product Management.
• Proven ability to develop a vision, strategy, and execution plan.
• Familiarity with cloud business, SaaS, and associated use cases.
• Ability to manage business aspects and serve as a spokesperson.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of market and competitive analysis.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Experience in taking products to market with a focus on business growth.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Enthusiasm for technology and collaboration.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• MBA (desirable).
• Understanding of NAS vendors and ecosystem partners (preferred).
