Pure Storage is seeking an Account Executive to promote their enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers in Japan. The Account Executive will ensure customers understand Pure Storage's value proposition and build relationships to establish the company's value. They will lead a team to achieve goals, develop account plans, and acquire new customers. The role involves driving and managing a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.

  • Expertise in leading complex sales processes.
  • Consistent track record of achieving quotas.
  • Enthusiasm for post-sales customer success.
  • Minimum 5+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Japanese and English communication skills.
