Pure Storage Japan is seeking an Account Executive to join their Enterprise team in Tokyo. This role focuses on developing new business and working with channel resellers and key customer accounts. The Account Executive will collaborate with various teams to drive success in the Enterprise private sector.

Role Involves:

  • Promoting innovative solutions.
  • Building strong customer relationships.
  • Leading pursuit teams and developing account plans.
  • Managing sales pipeline and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Collaborating with partners to position Pure Storage.
  • Executing account strategies and closing deals.
  • Delivering results and driving referenceable business.
  • Presenting proposals highlighting Pure Storage’s benefits.

Requirements:

  • Strong drive for sales and relationship building.
  • Experience with direct/indirect sales on Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
  • Advanced prospecting skills.
  • Goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities.
  • 8+ years of field sales experience.
  • Native/Bilingual Japanese and professional English proficiency.
